Closer shot of modified roaster pan under the mill.

Got this pan at a restaurant supply store. Its pretty thick sheet steel construction and very well made.

    I suppose that would be entirely stainless - (magnetic stainless). I should hold lots of coolant, oil and everything else!

    I am on a budget John...:-) its blued steel and I will have a drain into a 5 Gal bucket under the bench.
